The Booth by EC Photo Booth will arrive one hour before the opening time, if you requrie an earlier setup there will be a $50 upcharge for up to 4 hours earlier than the time of the opening of the photo booth. Please do not schedule the close time for the end of the event as we will need time to shut the booth down, load, and depart. Placing your booth near a door or with a direct exit path is best.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

A non-refundable date reservation fee in the amount of $100.00 is required at the time of confirming this agreement. Acceptable forms of payment are: cash, checks, and major credit cards. There will be a 3% service fee for using a credit card. The non-refundable fee secures the event date and times for the client. Client will pay a $50.00 fee for any and all returned checks. We also accept Paypal, Cashapp and Venmo.

Client understands that the balance for your event is due before our services begin. Failure to have the payment ready may result in a $50 extra charge.

Client agrees to provide: (1) A minimum 6’ x 8’ area for our photo booth (2) 110V, 20 amps, 3 prong standard electrical outlet within 20 feet of our designated area *

The Client understands that we need accessibility for our equipment into your event. There are certain booths in our inventory that cannot be transported via stairs and an elevator is necessary to set up some of our photo booths. *

Client acknowledges responsibility for any damage or loss to the The Booth equipment caused by: a) any misuse of the equipment by Client or guests, or b) any theft or disaster (including but not limited to fire, flood or earthquake). c) loss of power or power surges to the photo booths at any time resulting in loss of pictures or damage of software and/or equipment *

Client acknowledges that The Booth by EC Photo Booth is not responsible for an spelling or grammatical errors submitted for the customer template design. The Client does not hold The Booth EC Photo booth responsible for any copywrite infringements associated with the use of trademarked icons, images, or taglines. *

Client understands that The Booth by EC Photo Booth, is contracted for the time stated in this questionnaire. The Booth by EC Photo Booth is not responsible for an event starting late or reduction in guests showing up. If the Client wishes for The Booth by EC Photo Booth to stay for additional time after what is agreed in this contract there will be an additional cost. *

By checking this box you understand that additional time for the photo booth is solely at the discretion of our attendant for an additional charge. The on duty attendant is not required to comply with additional time request. They will however inform and attempt to comply with your request. *

By checking this box you understand that if The Booth attendant experiences any kind of misconduct, disrespect, racial or sexually unacceptable behavior, The Booth will let you know of this situation and it it happens a second time, our services will be stopped immediately at which point you will be responsible for 100% of the balance. *

The Booth by EC Photo Booth shall not be liable under any contract for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including without limitation, damages for lost profits or increased expenses) with respect to any claim arising from or related in any way to this agreement and services provided. The Client will indemnify and hold harmless The Booth by EC Photo Booth and any photo booth attendant(s) who are independent contractors working with The Booth at the time against any and all liability related to Client's Event from the time of service and on into the future. Client will assume all legal fees claimed by third persons. *

The Client understands that The Booth, is not responsible for any mistakes made in this questionnaire. Please make sure to double check all answers to avoid any issues or miscommunication. *

The Client understands that The Booth is not responsible for any weather conditions that may arise the day of your event, by which we have to stop or cancel services. If this happens you are responsible for 50% the balance. *

The Client is responsible for any parking fees that may be associated with the rental of our services. *

We understand the importance of health and safety during this time which is why we are taking precautionary steps to ensure the safety of your guests and our staff. To prevent the spread of the Covid-19 and other diseases, we have introduced new measures to make your event both safe and fun! COVID-19 SAFETY GUIDELINES Booth Disinfecting- Our booth is disinfected before and after each event. Dedicated Attendant- Our staff will be in charge of operating the booth for all guests. Guests will be able to touch the photo booth screen. It will be wiped immediately. Masked Attendant- Our on-site staff will wear masks for the safety of everyone. If this is not your wish please disclose that prior to the event. You can also request a prop-less Booth (highly recommend)- If you decide to have props, we will work diligently to disinfect and sanitize & enhance safety precautions. Social Distancing- Our booth will be set up at least 6 ft away from guests (this has always been the booth placement, no change here). Flexible Date Change- If your event needs to be rescheduled, we are more than happy to accommodate you at no extra charge. Hand Sanitizing/ Hand Washing- We will remind guests to sanitize their hands before and after each photo booth session. Great Photos- Guests are allowed to remove masks while taking photos. *

If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable under Contract Law, then that provision, or portion thereof, shall be deemed separate from the rest of this contract and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions, or portions thereof. This is the entire agreement between Provider and Client relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties. In the event of a conflict between parties, Client agrees to solve any arguments via arbitration. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement and supersedes all prior oral, written and other agreements between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement may only be amended in writing signed by The Booth by EC Photo Booth and Client. *
